No Refund Policy

Woohoo Health Club follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a membership, pass, or package has been purchased—whether online, at the club, or through a representative—it is considered final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, relocation, medical conditions, or dissatisfaction.

Membership Transfers

While refunds are not permitted, Woohoo Health Club allows members to transfer their active membership to another individual once during the membership period, subject to the following conditions:

  • A transfer fee of ₹10,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes) must be paid in advance.
  • The new member must complete all registration and onboarding formalities, including signing the Club’s Terms & Conditions and liability waiver.
  • The transfer is valid only for the remaining duration of the existing plan; it cannot extend the term.
  • All pending dues, if any, must be cleared prior to initiating a transfer.

Process for Transfer

To request a membership transfer:

  1. Email hello@woohoo.health or WhatsApp us from your registered number.
  2. Provide your full name, membership ID or plan details, and the details of the person to whom you wish to transfer.
  3. Once approved, complete the transfer fee payment of ₹10,000 to initiate the process.

Finality of Purchase

By purchasing any membership or pass at Woohoo Health Club, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and accept that all payments made are final.
